Carlos Mota: Purple Fever

A celebration of purple in all its manifestations — across nature, art, interiors, and design — this volume was developed with US-based creative consultant Carlos Mota, who worked closely with us and picture researcher Kelly Preedy to produce a tome dedicated to the colour of royalty and luxury. Grade collaborated with Mota on the research and curation of imagery, sequencing it across the full spectrum of purple so that the hues transition seamlessly from page to page. The cover features an artwork by American visual artist Marilyn Minter.
